The face-to-face Centred approach is broken down into three core conditions; Empathy, dictatorial Positive Regard and Congruence.
Empathy is a word that is bandied about rather carelessly, in todays society people will say they are empathic quite freely without flavour at the actual deeper meaning of the word. In fact I did before this course, it was one of the qualities I would have listed proudly in a job interview situation.
